🌈商务总监工作描述
🍀工作任务：
1.  领导和管理公司商务部门，制定并执行商务战略，实现公司业务目标和增长计划
2.  制定并执行公司的商业计划，包括市场扩张、销售增长、产品定价和营销策略
3.  监督所负责的销售部门完成销售目标和任务
4.  对下属进行工作指导，并进行绩效考核
5.  分析市场趋势和竞争情况，制定应对策略和行动计划，保持竞争优势
6.  协调与其他部门的合作，确保商务战略与公司整体战略一致
7.  负责商务部门的预算和资源管理，确保合理利用资源并控制成本
8.  持续评估商务流程和运营效率，并提出改进建议，优化业务运作
9.  按时完成上级领导交付的临时性工作任务

🍀工作要求：
1.  本科或以上学历，优先考虑商务管理、市场营销、国际贸易或相关领域的学位
2.  至少5年以上BC行业经验，具备丰富的行业相关客户资源以及B2B经验
3.  性格积极主动，有责任心，能够勇于面对挑战并做出必要的决策
4.  具备适应能力和灵活性，能够应对快速变化的商业环境
5.  良好的跨部门合作能力，能够与不同团队合作实现共同目标
6.  精通中-英文

🌈 JD of Business Development Director
🍀 Responsibilities:
•  Manage the company's business department, develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company's business objectives and growth plans.
•  Develop and implement the company's business plans, including market expansion, sales growth, product pricing, and marketing strategies.
•  Supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
•  Provide guidance and evaluate team members’performance.
•  Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, develop response strategies and action plans to maintain competitive advantages.
•  Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of business strategies with the company's overall strategy.
•  Responsible for budget and resource management of the business department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of resources and cost control.
•  Continuously evaluate business processes and operational efficiency, and provide improvement suggestions to optimize business operations.
•  Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by BOD on time.

🍀 Requirements：
•  Bachelor's degree or above, degrees in business management, marketing, international trade, or related fields is preferred
•  At least 5 years of experience in the BC industry, with extensive industry-related client resources and B2B experience
•  Proactive, high sense of responsibility, capable of facing challenges and making necessary decisions
•  Adaptability and flexibility, able to cope with rapidly changing business environments
•  Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to work with different teams to achieve common goals
•  Proficient in both Chinese and English languages
