岗位需求：

1、至少拥有2年以上游戏研发/互联网研发项目管理经验，熟悉产品开发流程和周期

2、熟悉敏捷开发方法和项目管理工具，如Jira、Trello等

3、优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同背景和职能的团队成员合作

4、具备解决问题的能力，能够在高压环境下保持足够的稳定性和积极性

5、具备良好的组织和时间管理能力，能够合理安排和优化项目资源

6、大学或以上学历且有软件相关专业背景优先考虑

7、具备基础的日常英语沟通能力，英语能力突出为加分项。

1.At least 2 years of experience in game R&D/Internet R&D project management, familiar with product development process and cycles

2.Familiar with product development methods and project management tools, such as JIRA, TRELLO, etc.

3.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with team members from different backgrounds and position

4.Possess problem-solving skills and be able to maintain sufficient stability and motivation in a high-pressure environment

5.Have good organizational and time management skills, able to reasonably arrange and optimize project resources

6.College degree or above with software-related professional background (preferred but not compulsory)

7.Possess basic daily English communication skills, outstanding English skills are an added value

岗位职责：

目按计划执行

6、识别和解决项目中的问题和风险，及时采取措施以确保项目的成功

7、监督测试和质量控制流程，确保产品的功能性和稳定性

8、提供准确的项目报告和沟通，与相关方面保持良好的沟通和合作关系

9、生产线上问题主动关注，并能够有效协调研发资源，以保证快速有效解决。

1.Responsible for the execution and delivery of projects at all stages of the product development cycle

2.Coordinate with team members to ensure they understand project goals and deliver on time

3.Manage project progress, develop project schedules and stage,monitor task assignments and progress

4.Work with product managers and other relevant team members to ensure projects meet customer needs and expectations

5.Manage project resources, including budget, manpower and technical support, to ensure projects are executed as planned

6.Identify and resolve issues and risks of project in advance then take timely correspond action to ensure project success

7.Monitor testing and quality control processes to ensure product functionality and stability

8.Provide accurate project reporting and presentation,maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant parties

9.Proactively pay attention to problems on the production line and be able to effectively coordinate R&D resources to ensure quick and effective resolution.
