✅More than 3 years of technical program management training,
✅English language fluency has reached the level of high standard of language, meeting literary excellence,
✅Has strong item management ability, communication coordination ability, planning ability, decision-making ability and self-organizing technology program ability,
✅Familiar with local government agencies/organisations with good cooperation and local laws and regulations.
🔽岗位职责：
1、负责组建并管理老虎机项目的技术团队，确保团队高效运作并达到项目技术目标；
2、领导技术方向，制定技术战略，确保技术方案的落地与执行；
3、协调技术团队的日常工作，监督项目进展，及时解决技术问题；
4、负责系统架构设计、代码审核及关键技术决策；
5、与其他部门沟通协作，确保技术方案与业务需求的紧密结合；
6、领导团队进行技术创新，并确保团队技能持续提升。
🔽岗位要求：
1. 全日制本科以上学历，
2. 5年以上软件研发工作经验，3年以上技术团队管理经验，
3. 英文流利达到了接近母语的高级水平，会中文优先，
4. 具有较强的项目管理能力、沟通协调能力、计划执行能力、判断决策能力及自我组建技术团队能力，
5. 与当地政府机构/机关有良好的合作关系优先，
6. 熟知当地的劳动及雇佣政策法律法规优先。
