网红推广专员
工作职责
1.负责与网红、博主建立联系，协助推广公司产品或品牌；
2.策划并实施网红合作推广计划，跟进合作效果并进行优化；
3.开发、筛选并管理网红资源库，维护长期合作关系；
4.分析市场趋势，洞察流量热点，提出推广建议；
5.协调内外部资源，确保推广计划的顺利执行；
6.定期汇报推广成果，提供数据分析与总结。
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators to promote company products or brands.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results.
Build, filter, and manage an influencer database while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Analyse market trends, identify popular topics, and provide promotional recommendations.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
Regularly report campaign results, providing data analysis and summaries.
岗位要求
1.技能： 熟练使用社交媒体及办公软件；
2.语言： 中文（普通话）流利，熟悉当地语言者优先；
3.国籍： 中国人、华人或巴西人均可；
4.经验： 有社交媒体运营、网红推广相关经验者优先；
5.能力： 良好的沟通与谈判能力，团队合作精神，执行力强。
6.语言要求：中文
Skills: Proficient typing skills and familiarity with social media platforms and office software.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Nationality: Open to Chinese citizens, ethnic Chinese, or Brazilian nationals.
Experience: Prior experience in social media operations or influencer marketing is preferred.
Abilities: Strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork-oriented, and highly execution-driven.

薪资范围
中国籍/华人：底薪1500美元+提成
Brazilian: base salary US$ 1,100 + commission on performance
