👨‍💻 Working Hours: 12 hours per day (including three meal/rest breaks)
⭐ Leave Policy:
Probation Period: 1 day off per month
After Probation: 2 days off per month

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Monitor user accounts and transaction activities to identify suspicious or abnormal behavior.
Review deposits, withdrawals, betting patterns, bonuses, and account activities to prevent fraud and abuse.
Detect and investigate multi-accounting, bonus abuse, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risks, and other fraudulent activities.
Conduct risk assessments on player accounts in accordance with company policies and internal procedures.
Analyze system alerts and take appropriate actions, including account restrictions, temporary freezes, or escalating complex cases.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, CRM, and Compliance teams to resolve risk-related issues efficiently.
Prepare daily risk reports and maintain accurate investigation records.
Continuously improve risk control processes and recommend solutions to minimize operational risks.

Previous experience in Risk Control, Anti-Fraud, AML, Compliance, or the iGaming industry is highly preferred.
Candidates with extensive experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify abnormal betting or transaction patterns.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to make objective decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
