3、熟悉敏捷开发方法和项目管理工具，如禅道、Jira、Trello等

4、良好的领导和团队管理能力，能够有效地指导和激励团队成员

5、出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同背景和职能的团队成员合作

6、具备解决问题和决策能力，能够在高压环境下处理复杂的项目挑战

7、具备优秀的组织和时间管理能力，能够合理安排和优化项目资源

8、学习能力强，善于总结，并能够有效组织输出项目周期性文档、报告。

9、大学或以上学历且有软件相关专业背景优先考虑

10、优秀的英语听说写能力，能够在日常工作中使用英语进行沟通协作。

1.At least 5 years of experience in game R&D/Internet R&D project management, and experience in successfully delivering multiple projects

2.Have relevant experience and knowledge in the Internet industry and game industry, familiar with product development processes and cycles

3.Familiar with product development methods and project management tools, such as ZENTAO, JIRA, TRELLO, etc.

4.Good leadership and team management skills, able to effectively guide and motivate team members

5.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with team members from different backgrounds and position

6.Problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to handle complex project challenges in a high pressure environment

7.Have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to reasonably arrange and optimize project resources

8.Strong learning ability, good at summarizing, and able to effectively organize the output of project cycle documents, reports

9.College degree or above with software-related professional background (preferred but not compulsory)

10.Excellent English listening, speaking and writing skills, able to use English for communication and collaboration in daily work.

岗位职责

1、在产品开发周期的各个阶段，负责项目的整体规划、执行和交付

2、协调团队研发成员，确保他们理解项目目标并按时交付任务

3、管理项目进度，制定项目时间表和里程碑，监督任务分配和进展

4、与产品经理和其他相关团队成员合作，确保项目符合客户需求和预期

5、管理项目资源，包括预算、人力和技术支持，以确保项目按计划执行

6、识别和解决项目中的问题和风险，及时采取措施以确保项目的成功

7、监督测试和质量控制流程，确保产品的功能性和稳定性

8、提供准确的项目报告和沟通，与相关方面保持良好的沟通和合作关系

9、生产线上问题主动关注，并能够有效协调研发资源，以保证快速有效解决。

1.Responsible for the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects at all stages of the product development process。

2.Coordinate with team R&D members to ensure they understand project goals and deliver tasks on time

3.Manage project progress, set up project schedules and stage, and monitor task assignments and progress

4.Collaborate with product managers and other relevant team members to ensure projects meet customer needs and expectations

5.Manage project resources, including budget, labor and technical support, to ensure projects execute as planned

6.Identify and resolve project issues and risks in advance then take timely correspond action to ensure project success

7.Monitor testing and quality control processes to ensure product functionality and stability

8.Provide accurate project reporting and presentation, and maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant parties

9.Proactively pay attention to problems on the production line and be able to effectively coordinate R&D resources to ensure quick and effective resolution.
