Job requirements: 1. More than 2 years of BC-related customer service experience, no novices are accepted 2. Sports customer service experience is preferred 3. Typing is not less than 40 words per minute
Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the Chinese site, customer service line acceptance, Chinese connection, three shifts 2. For problems that cannot be solved, assist customers to connect with the corresponding responsible department for processing; 3.
