    Position: Customer Service Specialist [English]

    Salary: 8K-12K (specific interview performance)
    Working hours: 9 hours, 4 days off per month [three shifts]
    Nationality: No limit, no Filipino, except for sensitive nationalities
    Language requirements: Hindi + English

    Job requirements:
    1. More than 2 years of BC-related customer service experience, no novices are accepted
    2. Sports customer service experience is preferred
    3. Typing is not less than 40 words per minute

    Job responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the Chinese site, customer service line acceptance, Chinese connection, three shifts
    2. For problems that cannot be solved, assist customers to connect with the corresponding responsible department for processing;
    3. Collect and summarize customer consultation issues, and feedback to relevant persons in charge, and follow up the feedback results immediately
    4. Other matters assigned by the leader
    5. Interact with customers through online chat software, telephone, etc., answer customer consultations and needs, and answer related questions
    6. Be able to flexibly solve and properly solve various problems encountered in business handling in the fastest time for the problems raised by customers and the problems faced by customers
