3，具有强大的数据获取和分析能力，并根据相应数据驱动业务决策。
4，具有优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力。
5，具有积极主动和以结果为导向的心态
6，能够适应快节奏、块度变化的动态环境
* Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a track record of success in a similar managerial or leadership role.
* In-depth knowledge of local regulations, competition, industry partners, market dynamics and consumer trends.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* English from Upper-Intermediate (B2), nice to have fluency in the local language. Mandarin is desirable, but not necessary.

As a Country Manager in the iGaming industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within a specific country or region. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
